Mini goals for this week:

– sort out work situation, schedules
– run 20 miles over the course of the week
– stay away from alcohol for a week
– drink 2 litres of water day
– keep up the good work!

  1. You’ve motivated me to write down my goals this week. A lot of times I leave them in my head and they stay undone. Today I’ll put them on paper and see how many I cross off at the end of the week.
